I can improve in attendance by getting to work on time. I am usually never late but at times I take a little longer than I intend to. Leaving my house 4 minutes later than normally makes a big difference because when I get on the road I am stuck behind a school bus and all other traffic and am usually about 10 minutes late to work.

WE #2 Attendance
Attendance is important because that's how the world works. A person must show up on time to work, school, and appointments to get what needs to be done out the way. Attendance shows a lot about a person Showing up for work and being on time shows that one is committed to work and responsible for their duties. Never showing up and constantly being late shows one is not reliable and doesn't take their job serious. Lack of attendance affects all, not just one. When one doesn't show up for work, that's more work for the others workers and time wasted. At times, it is necessary to miss work so that's why it is best to let someone know about it so they can be aware just in case they might need a backup.

Work Ethic #1
Character is who you are when no one is watching and how one reacts to a situation. Character is what makes people believe in one. A person with good character has worthy traits like: respect, honesty, fairness and responsibility. No one is born with character and a noble act does not determine a person’s character.
I believe I can improve in character by being more responsible. By doing what I am supposed to do, thinking before I react and considering the consequences.
I came across this saying on CITRS, which now motivates my character: When you cheat, your “success” is false. When you break a promise, you are showing that your word is meaningless. When you lie, you deceive others and lose their respect.
